Aric J. Garza is an experienced and highly regarded arbitrator who has presided over a wide range of cases. He has extensive experience with online arbitrations, handling over 200 hearings via Zoom since 2020.
Aric has distinguished himself as a top neutral in Texas. He is Co-Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Dispute Resolution, Treasurer of the State Bar of Texas ADR Section and the former Chair of the San Antonio Bar Association ADR Section. Also, he is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).
Since 2014, Aric has been assigned over 175 arbitrations as a panelist for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) including a wide range of commercial, construction, employment, and consumer disputes. He is also a panelist with the CPR Institute, FINRA, and the American Health Law Association.
Additionally, Aric has handled over 2500 desk arbitrations involving provider/insurance billing disputes under the federal “No Surprises Act.”
